» Deeper Darker Secrets

Label: Lost Language
Format: Digital
Genre: Trance / Progressive

We cast our gaze back to 2007 and Lustral's Deeper Darker Secrets, the remix edition. The album consisted of 18 tracks and 2 CDs. The digital version had an extra edit as a bonus. And yes, the album contained Everytime in Funkagenda remix and dub forms.

Looking back at this historical moment in EL-EL's timeframe, it seems incredible that the ever-expansive cuboid that is EL-EL would evolve into a solidified tech-trance-progressive colossus; taking in Ovnimoon, 3 Access & You, Miro and Accadia. Well, okay, Butterfly by Tilt and I Dream, also released on EL-EL, were unleashed before this album but I digress.

As an history blueprint, this album is important. Not only does it point to the label's eventual evolution but it also points to a time when trance was solid. Plus having the Funkagenda mixes of Everytime and other mixes from Jaytech, Martin H and Quivver is a bonus too.

If you don't have this, you need it.
