Liquid Bloom, Bloomurian & Onaya » Forest Guardians Reviewed by Pete M / Submitted 20-03-24 17:16 Label: Desert Trax Format: Digital Genre: Ambient / Electronica As we move from the trance genre to a calmer, more serene, setting, we focus on the new one from US label Desert Trax, the home of Desert Dwellers. While this isn't a Desert Dwellers release or a remix, it is still very interesting because its a new Liquid Bloom release. Yep. Liquid Bloom follows up the Fragrance single and hooks up with Bloomurian and Onaya for Forest Guardians, a shuffling electronic odyssey into calmness and zen. Yes, it might not be immediately what you think of in a "dance" release but its a different focus here. Its still dancey but not in a 4/4 setting. This is more meditative dance. Either way, it is enticing and follows on the Liquid Bloom mantra of healing grooves. A worthwhile release from an epic label.
