Not content with being one of the scenes fastest rising DJ talents, Ali Wilson is fast making a name for himself on the production front. With his recent release on Nukleuz; "Let The Games Begin" and "Devastation" forthcoming on Vicious Circle both produced with fellow fast rising London DJ, Matt Smallwood; Ali goes solo this time and comes up with an absolute killer! The original mix combines a thumping kick drum with a growling, rolling bassline and builds nicely layering percussion and introduces stabs of the riff building to the break. Enter the Killer riff during the break and the track really begins to live up to its name! The 'Ali Noice' mix is the one which does it for me however, the dirtier bassline from the original is replaced by a more driving sound which has a wicked groove to it. The peak of this mix after the break is the perfect example of how if used properly and with purpose, a key change backing the main riff can be so effective and really make a track stand out.
