The 8th Annual Hard Dance Awards powered by Trackitdown.net is set to be the biggest yet!
As more hard DJs hit the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll than at any time in recent memory there has never been more hype about the global scene.
The Hard Dance Awards is set to crown the best producers, performers, labels and promoters in our international community and on Saturday 27th February 2011 all roads lead to the legendary Emporium Music Venue in Coalville, UK as the winners are announced in front of a full house.
‘Having showcased the best of the hard scene for over 10 years at Storm, The Emporium is the perfect venue to help us celebrate another year of banging mayhem and we’re proud to bring the Hard Dance Awards road show to its legendary dancefloor.’ Says Hard Dance Awards and Trackitdown.net director Ed Real.
Once again the line-up covers all bases from the traditional UK sound to the huge rave sized soundtrack of Dutch hardstyle via German trance and beyond!
Fresh cuts and classic sounds will resonate around the arenas as artists and industry head to this annual celebration from all around the world.
Headlining the main room will be the Dutch powerhouse Headhunterz who at the age of only 24 has ram-raided the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll at number 36 this year while also selling out a solo event at the 10,000-capacity Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam.
He will be joined by Radio One’s DJ Kutski and a line-up of DJs and producers that’s the biggest ever assembled under the hallowed halls of The Emporium.
Voting starts at www.harddanceawards.com on Saturday 1st January 2011 and the call is going out to fans from all over the world to have their say. Categories are open so you can vote for any local hero or national institution.
